Return Policy

1. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date the item is received and must be in good condition, for refund or exchange.
2. Shipping costs for the return of an item are customer's responsibility. Unless it is DK Today’s mistake, for example, different item from the order. In this case, DK Today will be responsible for any cost.
3. Merchandise must be returned in good condition. Please pack well to avoid damage when return the item.
4. If you want to exchange the item or return for a refund, please contact email: [email protected], include your phone number. After DK Today receives the request, our staff will contact you via email or phone to proceed further.

5. Dk Today reserves the right, to reject any returned or exchanged items, in the following cases:
5.1. Item not purchased from www.dktoday.co.th
5.2 Item damaged – scratched, torn up, water stain or any damages
5.3 Item damaged, caused by poor packaging.
5.4. Item not returned to DK today within 7 days from the date it is received by customer.
5.5. Item is special discount price.

Note:
Cancel an order can be done before dispatch only. If the item is during the shipping process, order cannot be cancelled.
